A Pennsylvania judge (Mark Martin) ruled that a Muslim immigrant who assaulted a U.S. citizen who offended his religious sensibilities was justified under sharia law, not knowing our own laws, and dismissed the charges!
The judge declined to watch video evidence before ruling on the case and stated:
“Then what you have done is you have completely trashed their essence, their [Muslim] being. They find it very very very offensive. I’m a Muslim, I find it offensive. But you have that right, but you’re way outside your boundaries or first amendment rights.”

In this case, the judge judged as if he was a law unto himself, demonstrating complete disregard for our rights, laws, and precedent. Judges so abusing their authority along with others who legislate from the bench and otherwise participate in judicial activism contrary to their constitutionally defined roles have and continue to undermine the U.S. Constitution and must be checked by the citizenry for the good of liberty and justice.
All U.S. citizens should take note and speak out against this judicial travesty. The citizens of Pennsylvania should take action to remove this judge from the bench permanently.
